EAC certificate for fire-fighting roller gates EI60 with mineral wool filler
Congratulations! We tested the products according to the new technical regulations: EAEU TR 043/2017 "On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing means". Fire-fighting rolled gates on mineral wool with a density of at least 100 kg/m3, with a total thickness of at least 51.4 mm, have been successfully tested and received the official quality certificate of the Eurasian Economic Union - EAC.
The fire resistance limit of the tested gate was EI60 (60 minutes). This means that in case of a fire, the gate will be able to prevent the spread of flames in a given area for at least 60 minutes.

How the tests were conducted
The tests were carried out according to GOST R 53307-2009 "Construction structures. Fire doors and gates. Fire resistance test method". A sample of the gate was fixed to the opening of a special stove, in which an imitation of a fire is created. Sensors installed on the canvas record the integrity of the gate and record the moment of penetration of the flame outside. The fire-resistant gates of the MBA coped with the task perfectly and withstood the flames for more than 60 minutes. 6 September 2021
