Personal Data Processing Agreement

Text of the data processing agreement:

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006, you confirm your consent to the processing by LLC "Fire Protection Systems" (LLC "PPS" - hereinafter the Company) of personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling the software in your name, as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction. 

The company LLC "Fire Protection Systems" guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective execution of orders, contracts and other obligations assumed by the company as binding. 

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. The Company guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data under conditions similar to those set out in the Personal Data Privacy Policy. 

This consent applies to the following personal data of you: surname, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, postal address of delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details. 

The validity period of the consent is unlimited. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: 60 Dorozhnaya str., building 4, office 118, Moscow, 117405, marked "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data". 

Please note that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the website (https://mva-rolltor.ru ), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of LLC "Fire Protection Systems", which may make it impossible to use Internet services on our website. 

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate and reliable, and also that the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legitimate rights and interests of third parties are not violated when submitting the information. All the information provided is filled in by me in relation to myself personally. 

This consent is valid for the entire period of personal data storage, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
