What is installation supervision
During installation supervision, the equipment is installed by the customer's employees, or by a contractor hired by them, under the guidance and constant supervision of a representative of the supplier company. The entire course of work is accompanied by visits of a specialist to the site and his remote consultation. The supplier launches and tests the equipment.
At the moment, there are no legislative standards regulating the concept of installation supervision.
Commissioning works
This type of work is different from installation supervision in that the installation and subsequent start-up of the equipment is carried out by the supplier company. Commissioning is regulated by SNIP 3.05.05-84. In general, installation supervision and commissioning involve performing the same operations, but the performers in them are different. But in both cases, the safety rules must be strictly observed.
Installation supervision from the MBA company includes such stages as:
- the customer submits an application for the installation supervision service;
- we sign a contract that specifies the term of its provision;
- the specialist goes to the installation site of the equipment and conducts training of personnel whose work involves the operation and maintenance of new equipment;
- further, the appointed specialist carries out general technical and technological control over the progress of work, acting as a guarantor of the quality of all installation procedures;
- when the installation processes are completed and the terms of the contract are fulfilled, an act of completed work is signed.
By concluding a contract for the provision of installation supervision services, the customer is obliged to:
- pre-inspect the purchased equipment in order to make sure that there are no defects that appeared during transportation. And if any are found, immediately inform the supplier about them before the employee responsible for installation supervision arrives at the facility;
- to equip a team of installers and provide it with the necessary tools and equipment;
- provide the room where the installation supervision is carried out with electricity according to the installation conditions - 220V / 380V / fire contact (dry);
- arrange the equipment to be installed in accordance with the layout plan;
- to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the personnel who are involved in installation work within the framework of installation supervision for the entire duration of its implementation.
The exact time of the installation supervision by the specialists of the MBA company is indicated in the contract concluded with the customer. It depends on the conditions and the amount of installation work. Having exactly fulfilled the conditions specified in the contract, you can count on its prompt completion without force majeure situations.
