The new guillotine
In February 2021, a new machine was installed at the production site of MBA (LLC Fire Protection Systems) - professional guillotine scissors for metal IRON MAC. Last week, the guillotine underwent commissioning and was put into operation. The new equipment makes it possible to produce precise and smooth cuts of sheet metal of large thickness and length. This machine will help to prepare parts for our gate systems and fire barriers even faster and more accurately.

The management of the MBA production company constantly monitors the condition of machines and tools in production. Maintenance and control of the operation of all mechanisms and devices is carried out. The tolerances and the condition of the technical part of the equipment directly affect the quality of manufactured industrial gates and fire-resistant curtains MBA. The cutting accuracy should be ideal, because small errors in fractions of millimeters can lead to unreliable operation of the structure and jamming of the web. Precision is especially important in the manufacture of large-sized industrial gates. If the width of the canvas is more than 10 meters, an inaccuracy of 1 mm can result in centimeters of error and marriage. The accuracy of manufacturing and updating the technical condition of the equipment is the key to the successful operation of a modern Russian innovative enterprise.
