If the house is multi-storey and multi-apartment, then the area of underground parking can reach the size of several football fields with the ability to accommodate hundreds of cars.
Such a number of flammable technical means and liquids under a residential building threatens a large fire with the slightest ignition. Cars are standing nearby, the fire will easily spread to neighboring rows and can threaten the entire building.
