Gate and curtain drive control units
The control units of fire-fighting and industrial gates are designed to control all the functions of opening and closing openings. There are several options for control units:

For rolled industrial gates – buttons and key-buttons are designed to control the lifting and lowering of the gate, protect against unauthorized entry.

The control units for the drives of fire gates and curtains N-AES - receive a signal from the fire alarm panel and control the lifting and lowering of the barrier in both automatic and manual test mode. If the power is turned off, the control unit will not be able to function. Designed for installation in rooms with the 1st category of power supply.

The N-AES-T control unit is designed for multilayer flame-retardant curtains, the main feature is that the opening of the opening occurs with a cyclic delay of movement for uniform air outlet between the layers of the curtain.

Fire-resistant gate and curtain drive control units with UPS N-AES-PP and N-AES-T-PP are designed for installation on curtain and gate structures in rooms where there is no 1st category of power supply. Lowering when the alarm is triggered and the power is cut off is due to a UPS with a built-in battery designed for drive power. The modification of the N-AES-T-PP unit, in addition to the built-in battery, also includes a cyclic delay for the air outlet of the multilayer curtain cloth.

The FDA 1.3 control unit is provided for sliding and swinging fire gates, which controls the disconnection of magnets holding the gate leaf. In case of a power outage, the unit holds the gate due to the built-in battery for the required time. The holding time of the electromagnets when the mains electricity is turned off is regulated by the capacity of the battery used. By default, a battery with a capacity of 1.2 A / h is installed, but the capacity can be increased to 7 A / h, then the performance without electricity can be up to a day.

For large curtains of the premium class and smoke-proof and fire-fighting curtains of the Accordion type, N-AES-GU4 blocks are used - they are designed to synchronize several drives. Synchronous operation of electric motors is designed for uniform winding of the curtain cloth.

Intravenous
Intravenous motors (drives) are designed for lifting and lowering curtains and gates with a fire-retardant function, as well as for the operation of roller gates (roll-up) from the profile M-80 and AL-120 of a small size (up to 3 meters). In our assortment there are intravenous engines Somfy, Rollhan, FireTechnics. -
Axial
Axial drives are designed for the operation of fire barriers and large-sized industrial roller gates. Intravenous drives, in this case, do not pass in power. We use axial drives of well-known European manufacturers MFZ Ovitor, GFA in our fire-fighting and industrial gate systems.
MFZ drives (Germany) for industrial gates have a built-in gearbox, an emergency lifting chain mechanism and a control unit that allows you to adjust the end positions of the web, the speed of the drive, the connection of additional devices, for example, a traffic light, a photo barrier, an optosensor, an induction loop. MFZ drives have a certified trapping device.
Electric drives GFA (Germany) - designed for heavy roller gates. The design of the drive uses a trapping device built into the gearbox. There is also an emergency manual chain drive, a built-in frequency converter. GFA control units allow you to connect various gate control equipment.
Additional equipment
Our gate systems can be equipped with additional devices to simplify gate management. Such devices include:
