Warranty for fire curtains and industrial gates

1. The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the gate with the requirements of these technical conditions, subject to the conditions of transportation and storage established by these technical conditions, as well as installation instructions.
   
2. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of completion of installation work, subject to proper operation and timely maintenance.
   
3. A 5-year warranty is possible at the conclusion of a contract for the maintenance of products installed by us.

Warranty on the gate, an example from the technical passport

1. The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the gate with the requirements of the technical specification or GOST, subject to the rules of storage, installation and operation set out in this passport, when installing the gate by an organization authorized by the manufacturer.
2. The warranty period of operation of the gate is 1 year from the date of transfer of the gate to the customer.
3. During the warranty period, malfunctions caused by the fault of the manufacturer or the organization that installed the gate are eliminated by the manufacturer or the organization that installed the gate.
4. The warranty on the gate does not apply in the following cases:
   - non-compliance with the conditions and requirements of this passport;
   - acts of force majeure (fires, floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters);
   - damage to the gate by the gate customer/operating party or third parties.

How to operate the gate correctly?

1. Do not operate the roller gates in the presence of a technical failure, abnormal noise when operating the gate, and when a damaged power cord or malfunctions of devices, switches (electric control units, switches, remote controls, etc.)! 
2. It is PROHIBITED to change the design of the gate! 
3. Do not operate winch when the wind force 8 or more points on the Beaufort scale.
4. It is FORBIDDEN to obstruct the movement of the gate leaf!
5. It is FORBIDDEN to give the command to raise and lower the gate at the same time!
6. The personnel operating the gate must be instructed on the safe operation of the gate (in accordance with the information specified in this passport). The party operating the gate is responsible for the management of the gate by personnel who have been instructed.
7. When controlling the gate, visual control should be carried out over the process of lifting and lowering the canvas in order to prevent the appearance of people and foreign objects in the working area of the gate.
8. The gate movement area must be free of foreign objects during the operation of the gate.
9. The gate must stop completely before people or vehicles enter the traffic area of the gate.
10. . The gate must be opened to a sufficient height before the vehicle enters the gate traffic area.
11. . The use of an emergency gate lifting device is allowed only in the event of a power failure. With frequent use of the device, the right to warranty is lost. It is FORBIDDEN to apply loads equivalent to the weight of a person's body to this device.
12. . The gates must be protected from the effects of acids, alkalis, mortars, reagents, etc.
13. . The gate must be protected from streams/strong splashes of water, strong sources of dust/dirt.
14.   It is FORBIDDEN to use a high-pressure device to remove dirt from the gate leaf.
15.   In emergency situations, it is necessary to remove the CEE plug (red) of the mains cable (for axial motors) from the outlet or press the "STOP" button of the three-button post.
16.   In case of malfunctions in the operation of the gate, you should immediately stop operating the gate and contact the Supplier's service department (an authorized representative of the Supplier company).
17.   To ensure trouble-free operation of the gate, it is necessary to clean the leaf and guide rails of the gate from dirt, ice and foreign objects. To clean the gate, it is allowed to use soft rags and non-aggressive cleaning solutions.
18.   The repair of the gate (including the engine control unit and electric motor) should be carried out only by qualified technical personnel of the Supplier's service department (an authorized representative of the Supplier company).
19.   It is forbidden to carry out unauthorized adjustment and repair of the gate, as well as to use components from other manufacturers for repair and refinement, except for the Supplier's company!
20. . Attention! Frequent lifting and lowering of the gate with an electric drive at high ambient temperature or continuous operation of the gate for a long time can lead to the operation of the thermal relay built into the electric motor, in which case the electric drive of the gate will be blocked until it cools down to operating temperature (approximately 5-10 minutes).
21.   After the expiration of the warranty period, it is recommended to periodically (once a year) subject the gate to technical inspection. You can conclude a contract with the Supplier for post-warranty maintenance of the gate.
22.   When performing the installation / repair of the gate, it is necessary to protect the gate from contamination and damage.

Manufacturer's guarantees for fire curtains

The manufacturer guarantees that the barriers comply with the requirements of the current technical documentation. The warranty period for the product is 12 months* from the moment of signing the Act of Delivery of the completed works (CS-2, CS-3 or TORG-12), but no later than 6 months from the date of their purchase.

The manufacturer's warranty applies to products and accessories to it in the presence of a warranty card. The warranty card is filled in by the supplier after the assembly and installation of the equipment at the facility.

The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to products that were installed by specialists who were not trained by the supplier (manufacturer), were stored before its installation at the facility or were operated after installation with violations of the rules of storage and operation.

The manufacturer is released from warranty obligations in the following cases:

• The installation of fire curtains was made by an unauthorized company;

• Natural partial or complete wear in accordance with the service life or purpose (for example, due to exposure to fire, etc.);
  

• Modification by the user or a third party to the design of fire curtains and replacement of equipment without the consent of the manufacturer;
  

• Improper operation of fire curtains;
  

• Lack of maintenance of fire curtains in accordance with the entries in the technical documentation;
  

• Mechanical damage to fire curtains due to improper operation;
  

• The occurrence of other defects caused by improper maintenance;
  

• Removal or damage of the nameplate with the factory number;
  

• (Natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.).

The Supplier is not liable under any circumstances for any special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind or nature, including, without limitation, loss of income or profit, property damage and claims against the buyer by any third party, even if the supplier has been notified of the possibility of such damages. This warranty does not infringe on the legitimate rights of the consumer granted to him by the current legislation.
