Fire gates MBA EI 60 at the wallpaper factory
The MBA production company at the wallpaper factory under construction installed the first batch of fire-fighting gates on stone wool FT-S EI 60 - sectional with vertical and horizontal lifting. 22 fire-fighting structures will be installed at the Deco-Group production site under construction in the Kaluga region (Ludinovsky district, Voilovo village, Kaluga SEZ), which, if a fire occurs, will prevent the spread of fire throughout the production.
Sectional fire doors, unlike conventional or garage versions, are characterized by a large weight and lack of spring mechanisms in the gate lifting system. The springless design is more reliable, but requires the installation of a more powerful engine, which entails a general increase in the cost of the anti-fire barrier. The video shows that the flame-retardant sectional doors of vertical lifting contain fewer moving parts, which means they are more durable and reliable. Sectional doors with horizontal lift have their advantages - they can be installed in rooms with a limited height of the lintel.
